Tui Compaints – How to complain about a TUI flight?

If you’ve encountered a problem or disagreement with TUI’s service or product, such as a flight delay of over three hours, cancellation, luggage loss or damage, or unsatisfactory customer service, and you’ve already lodged a complaint with TUI, our is here to help initiate your complaint process.

Before making a complaint about TUI

Please note that to be able to file a complaint against TUI, you need to have communicated your issue directly to TUI in writing first.

After submitting your complaint, you should have either received a final written response (often referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’), or you should have given TUI an eight-week window to respond to your dispute. AviationADR is specifically designed to handle unresolved complaints.

If you have access to the Internet you can file your complaint via our online portal. To access this, simply go to the homepage of the website and click on ‘START MY COMPLAINT’. As soon as you have filed your complaint you will be taken to your own personal portal page. This page provides you with live information about your claim so that you can check the progress at any time of day. Or just simply click here.
