Air France Complaints – How to complain about an Air France flight?

If you’ve faced difficulties or a dispute with an Air France product or service, such as a flight that was delayed over three hours, cancelled, loss or damage of luggage, or unsatisfactory service, and you’ve already lodged a complaint with Air France, our ‘airline’ complaint form is available to further your complaint process.

Before making a complaint about Air France

Please note

to lodge a complaint against Air France, you must have addressed your issue directly with Air France in writing.

Following raising your complaint, you should have either received a final written response (commonly referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’), or should have given Air France an eight-week period to respond to your dispute. AviationADR deals exclusively with unresolved complaints.
