This page will guide you on how to fill in and upload a Letter of Authority (LOA) in the correct way.
What is a Letter of Authority?
A Letter of Authority (LOA) is a document that gives another person, known as the Authorised Person, the authority to act on another person’s behalf. The LOA sets out the specific tasks the Authorised Person is entitled to perform.
When do you need a Letter of Authority?
A Letter of Authority is required when you are either:
- Complaining on behalf of someone else; and/or
- Complaining on behalf of more than one passenger
How to fill in a Letter of Authority
If you are complaining on behalf of someone else, the person(s) that you are complaining on behalf of will have to complete and sign the LOA – stating that he/she gives you permission to be the Authorised Person acting on their behalf.
If you are complaining on behalf of more than one (1) person/passenger, we require each person to complete an LOA to state that he/she gives you permission to be the Authorised Person acting on their behalf.
Please note that we have two (2) different LOAs.
Please make sure that you are using the correct LOA:
There are two (2) ways to send us your Letter of Authority:
