The app is a simple, secure companion to our online claims portal. Everything you’d normally do at a desktop – starting a claim, uploading your evidence, checking where things are up to – you can now do from the palm of your hand.

Nothing about our promise to you changes. AviationADR remains a FREE, independent, not-for-profit service, approved by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our in-house team of trained adjudicators reviews and decides each case impartially, and any decision is binding on the airline or airport once you accept it – with the full payout going to you. We never take a cut of your compensation.
