It puts our online claims portal right in your pocket, so you can lodge a brand-new complaint and keep on top of an existing one straight from your mobile or tablet – no laptop required.

It’s the same trusted, FREE, Civil Aviation Authority-approved service you already know – just easier to reach, and available whenever… and wherever suits you.

 

What is the AviationADR app?

The app is a simple, secure companion to our online claims portal. Everything you’d normally do at a desktop – starting a claim, uploading your evidence, checking where things are up to – you can now do from the palm of your hand.

It’s designed to make the whole process quicker, clearer and far more convenient, whether you’re at home, at the airport, or on the move.

Starting a complaint has never been simpler. Through the app you can:

  • Begin a new claim and enter your flight and booking details as you go.
  • Upload your evidence on the spot – snap a photo of a receipt or boarding pass with your phone’s camera, or attach files straight from your gallery.
  • Submit everything in one place, so your claim is complete and ready for us to review.

Because you can add photos and documents directly from your device, it’s easy to build a strong, complete claim from the very start – which, as any experienced complainant knows, gives you the best possible chance of a successful outcome.

We never take a cut of your compensation.
