Air Baltic

What to do if your Air Baltic flight is cancelled or delayed

If your Air Baltic flight has been cancelled/delayed, you should submit a direct complaint to the airline in the first instance, and give them 8 weeks to resolve things directly with you.

If Air Baltic does not resolve things directly with you, or you’re left unhappy after having complained to them, you may then be able to bring your complaint to AviationADR.
