What to do if your Buzz flight is cancelled or delayed

If your Buzz flight has been delayed/cancelled, you should first file a complaint directly to the airline, and give them at least 8 weeks to resolve things with you.

If Buzz’s response to your complaint leaves you dissatisfied (or they otherwise do not resolve things directly with you), you may then be able to bring your complaint to AviationADR.
