What to do if your Malta Air flight is cancelled or delayed

If your Malta Air flight was cancelled or delayed, you should submit a direct flight delay/cancellation complaint to them, and give Malta Air 8 weeks to resolve things directly with you.

If, after 8 weeks, Malta Air has not resolved things directly with you (or you’re unhappy with their response), you may then be able to bring your complaint to AviationADR for free.
