Which airlines are members of AviationADR?

The Companies below have subscribed to AviationADR and agree to engage with our scheme, meaning any final determination is binding on it, if accepted by you.

AviationADR (a division of Consumer Dispute Resolution Ltd) is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority (the aviation regulator), to operate as an ADR body for aviation consumers. If you’ve had a dispute with an airline and are looking to escalate your complaint, we are here to help you get your dispute resolved.

AviationADR deal with the following Airline members if either the destination or departure is a UK airport.
