How to complain about an Asiana Airlines flight?

Before making a complaint about Asiana Airlines

Please note that to be eligible to make a complaint against Asiana Airlines, you must have already complained to Asiana Airlines directly in writing and either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or given Asiana Airlines eight (8) weeks to respond to your dispute.
