If you’ve experienced a problem or disagreement with a TAP Portugal service or product, such as a flight delay of over three hours, flight cancellation, loss or damage to luggage, or unsatisfactory service, and you’ve already lodged a complaint with TAP Portugal, our ‘airline’ complaint form is prepared to help you progress your complaint process.
Before making a complaint about TAP Portugal
Please be aware, to make a complaint against TAP Portugal, you must have initially raised your issue directly with TAP Portugal in writing.
After your complaint, you should have either received a final written response (often termed a ‘deadlock letter’), or should have given TAP Portugal an eight-week window to respond to your issue. AviationADR only deals with unresolved complaints.
