Aviation ADR
Flight Eligibility
What Flights can we Accept?

AviationADR can accept complaints about commercial flights operated by an airline to or from a UK airport.
The airline you’re complaining about must be one of the airlines that is a Participating Member of our scheme.
Check who our Participating Members are on our Participating Members page.
We can also process flights with departure/destination airports outside of the UK for specific airlines.
Please see our section about this on our Participating Members page.
If you have a dispute with an airline which is not a member of our scheme, then please visit the CAA to find out if they are a member of another ADR scheme.
If your airline, or the airport/s you used, have refused, ignored, or otherwise left you unsatisfied after you made a complaint to them, you can escalate matters for FREE with AviationADR.
