Air China Complaints – How to complain about an Air China flight?

If you’ve faced a problem or dispute with an Air China product or service, for instance, a flight delay exceeding three hours, cancellation, lost or damaged luggage, or unsatisfactory customer service, and you’ve already lodged a complaint directly with Air China, our  ‘airline’ complaint form is available to proceed with your complaint process.

Before making a complaint about Air China

Take note that to be eligible to submit a complaint against Air China, you should have initially raised your concern directly to Air China in writing.

You must either have already received a final written response from them (commonly referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’), or have provided Air China with an eight-week timeframe to respond to your dispute. Please note, AviationADR only manages unresolved complaints.
