To proceed with your complaint about a delayed or cancelled flight with Emirates, it is necessary that you have already raised your complaint directly with them in writing.
You should have either received a ‘deadlock letter’, a form of final written response, or allowed Emirates an eight-week timeframe to respond to your dispute. Please note that Aviation Dispute Resolution only handles unresolved complaints.
