How to complain about an Emirates flight?

If you would like to complain about an Emirates flight, AviationADR help with your unresolved dispute. AviationADRis approved by the Civil Aviation Authority  to operate as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body for aviation consumers.

Before filing your complaint with us.

To file your complaint with us regarding your delayed or cancelled flight with Emirates,  you must have already complained to them directly in writing. You would also need to have either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or, given Emirates eight (8) weeks to respond to your dispute. Aviation Dispute Resolution can only deal with unresolved complaints.
