Can I bring my complaint to AviationADR?

Before we are able to take the complaint, you need to submit your complaint to the Airline in writing and allow them 8 weeks to respond. If they have not responded after 8 weeks, you can bring your complaint to AviationADR. However, if the Airline respond within the 8 weeks and they issue you with a ‘deadlock letter’ or a ‘final response’ (this is then the Airline state that they are no longer able to help you), we will then be able to take your complaint.

The airline rejected my claim, what can I do?

If you have already complained to the airline directly in writing and either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’), you can file your complaint with us. For more information on what we need from you, please see here.
